Folio Club
After-school art classes for young people aged 7 to 17, in our studios at the Woodend Railway Station.
Folio Club helps primary and secondary students build real artistic skills in a relaxed, creative environment. Small groups, proper materials, and enough time to make things properly.
Students work across a range of media through the year — drawing, painting, printmaking and more — building a folio of their own work.

Your tutor
Folio Club is taught by Tim Jones - a printmaker, wood engraver and sculptor who has been teaching at Australian institutions, including the Victorian College of the Arts, since 1986.
Born in North Wales, Tim came to Australia in 1984 and completed a postgraduate diploma in sculpture at the VCA. His work has been shown at the National Gallery of Victoria and toured the United Kingdom with the British Society of Wood Engravers.
It is held in the collection of the National Gallery of Australia, most state galleries, and several regional Victorian galleries. He is represented by Australian Galleries in Melbourne, and much of his work draws on the landscape around us — including pieces titled for Lancefield and Pastoria.
